In ArcGIS Online, when using a routing service with a custom travel mode, the Generate Service Areas tool presents a disk output when ring output is selected.

Workaround

Using the Create Drive-Time Areas tool in ArcGIS Online does not return the same error for CasperWY. However, the analysis options are rudimentary in comparison to the Generate Service Areas tool ArcGIS Pro. Thus, this is not an equivalent workflow.
