In ArcGIS Online Web AppBuilder, after enabling Premium or Subscriber content to Use Proxy, the layers are not able to authenticate and load in the application as expected.

The proxy items might be broken so that the proxy items throw a 403 error.Workaround
Create an item with stored credentials in My Content using the Premium or Subscriber content. Then add the item to the web map to be used in the Web AppBuilder application.Steps to Reproduce
