In ArcGIS Online, the Get Directions link is not available to use in a feature pop-up window for existing features in the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS app.

Workaround
- Add the Directions widget in the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS app.
- Use the Get Directions option (Directions from here and to) by clicking the More Options (…) button next to the Zoom To button.
