In ArcGIS Online, the Create List and Delete options are missing for all the fields in a hosted feature service when published from ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro with labeling enabled.

This issue was reported five years ago and is no longer reproducible in the current production environment. There have been significant product changes and improvements. For example, the labelling experience in ArcGIS Online has been substantially redesigned, the new Map Viewer has replaced Map Viewer Classic, ArcGIS Pro has evolved significantly, and ArcMap has been retired. Given these changes, the original issue can no longer be reliably validated in the current product landscape. As a result, this ticket will be closed.
