In ArcGIS Online, the attachments appear as PDF reader icons on the left panel of the window instead of showing the content in the Attachment Viewer app if the app layout is map focused.

Additional Information

This is expected behavior for PDF attachments in the map focused layout due to formatting. Clicking the PDF in the left panel shows the content in the app, with options to view full screen, download, or etc.
