In ArcGIS Online, the All My Groups' Content option does not display if the username is joined to 176 groups or more.

This is an expected behavior. The All My Groups' Content option is currently hidden once the user joins the 176th group. This is done to avoid performance issues. As a result of this bug, the User Interface (UI) has been updated for the All My Groups' Content option to be visible but disabled, and a tooltip explaining why is added. This update is set to be visible after the November release.Workaround
Limit the number of groups joined to less than 176.
