In ArcGIS Online, the 1=1 query at REST intermittently times out for the hosted feature services with a large number of vertices if the output spatial reference is different from the service spatial reference.

Additional Information

From REST API 10.3, Esri supports pagination in a query layer. Use the resultOffset and resultRecordCount parameters to page through a query result. When returning the large size of vertices within the geometry, utilize the parameters to send the requests to return a reasonable size depending on the performance level.
