Bug
In ArcGIS Online notebooks, when trying to use the ArcGIS API for Python .save() operation on an image layer with the property Allow Copy set to false, a misleading error message, "{'error': 'job failed to get submitted', 'error_description': 'Failed to compute cost/credits for tool GenerateRaster'}" is returned.
