In ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, when a hosted tile layer (with custom tiling scheme) is replaced as a basemap, the scales in ‘Visible Range’ are not updated.

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer June 2021 release (formerly known as Map Viewer Beta).

Workaround

After replacing the basemap in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, click Save, and refresh the web page.
