In ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, OGC Web Feature Services (WFS) hosted outside of the Esri servers (ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise) cannot be filtered by date fields in Map Viewer.

Additional Information

Map Viewer supports WFS layer and filtering. The provided sample layer however is a version that is not supported and needs to be the WFS 2.0 version.
