In ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, enabling the 'Adjust width automatically' option for a specific category within a feature layer causes the width to be adjusted for all categories within the color scheme.

Additional Information

The adjust size automatically creates a series of symbol sizes for different map scales, which is stored outside of the specific class value so it overrides the stored class values for all symbols in that style. Support for additional size scaling properties is currently being explored.
