In ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic, the 'Connect Origins to Destinations' tool generates an output with incorrect attributes when either the origin or destination layer has only one point and the travel mode is set to Driving Distance or Driving Time.

This issue is not reproducible in the latest version of ArcGIS Online. Contact Esri Support Services if the issue persists.

Workaround

Use the Generate Origin Destination Cost Matrix tool in ArcGIS Pro (This requires the Network Analyst license).
