Bug
In ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, a web map can only be opened physically and must be saved again for feature services to become editable or non-editable and show in Collector for ArcGIS for iOS.

This is currently a known limitation with webmaps and their related layers. When layers are changed the webmap doesnt know about them.Steps to Reproduce
