Additional Information

This is a known issue due to the local caching in ArcGIS Pro. Refer to the following links for more information: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/how-caching-works.htm https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/manage-feature-cache.htm There are a few options to resolve this issue: 1. Refresh the map by pressing CTRL and F5 on the keyboard or the refresh button at the bottom-right of the map window. 2. For the layer being edited, navigate to the layer properties and choose the option to not cache any data. 3. Use the manual cache buttons outlined in the second link stated above to empty or fill the cache, or to avoid caching for the layer. Note: Option 3 is not applicable to ArcGIS Pro 2.9.

Workaround

Click the Refresh button at the bottom right of ArcGIS Pro to manually refresh the map.
