In ArcGIS Online, hosted feature service (containing multiple copies of feature layer, each copy having definition query applied and a few fields hidden) published from ArcGIS Pro returns the error "Data Error" in the Data tab and Map Viewer doesn't show features for the sub layers (except the top most layer).

The behavior is because of the same layer being used multiple times.

If feasible, make copies of the feature class within the File Geodatabase > Add them to a map in ArcGIS Pro > Hide the fields, this helps to view the features from all the layers in the map viewer and Visualization tab. And there was no error of "Data Error" on the Data Tab.
