In ArcGIS Online, after April 13, GeoJSON containing date fields in the format (dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm) are no longer loaded, instead returns an error message "There was an error." and/or generates an empty Feature Layer during layer overwrite or creation workflow(s).

Issue resolved on May 6th, 2021.

Workaround

Change the formatting of all date fields in GeoJSON data from (dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm) to (mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm) or (mm/dd/yyyy).
