In ArcGIS Monitor 2023, Instance Limits in Service Component details are not changed and show "-" when published with the pooling setting set as 'Dedicated' and changed to 'Shared'.

The issue happens when services are originally shared as 'Dedicated' and switched to 'Shared' for the pooling setting in ArcGIS Server Manager. The issue does not happen when services are originally published as 'Shared' and switched to 'Dedicated' for the pooling setting in ArcGIS Server Manager.
