Bug
In ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET 200.6, the labels defined for the picture marker symbol fail to render on a mobile scene package (.mspk) when the SceneProperties.SurfacePlacement value of the GraphicsOverlay class is set to Absolute.

Workaround
Add a SceneProperties.AltitudeOffset property within the GraphicsOverlay class and adjust the value. For example, SceneProperties.AltitudeOffset = 50.
