In ArcGIS Maps for SharePoint Online 4.2, there is no way to specify custom coordinate systems for the Esri Maps Locate Workflow for a SharePoint geo-enabled list.

The classic version of ArcGIS for Sharepoint goes into a "matured" state and, hence, all new features and functionalities are implemented in the Modern ArcGIS for Sharepoint.Workaround
Convert custom coordinate system values to Latitude, Longitude, or WGS 84, and the Locate Workflow automatically geo-enables the list.Steps to Reproduce
