In ArcGIS Instant Apps, the Home button on the Category Gallery template zooms the feature layer to the world extent instead of the extent set on the feature layer data.

Duplicate of BUG-000163203.Workaround
The Category Gallery template allows displaying web maps and standalone feature layers from the group in ArcGIS Online. By adding the layer to a web map and defining the extent for it, the Home button zooms to the correct extent. The issue is only seen in standalone feature layers.
