In ArcGIS Instant Apps, the Enter button on the cover page becomes unresponsive if it is not clicked immediately when the app includes an ArcGIS Enterprise service requiring sign-in.

This issue is fixed and will be available with the next ArcGIS Online update.Workaround
- Disable the cover page in the app settings.
- Use only services not requiring sign-in in the web map (services shared with everyone in the portal or secured services with stored credentials).
