Workaround

Users may go to 'Datasets' page > Go to the desired dataset.

 

For example -

  1. Go to http://hub-rdos.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/
  2. Now access 'hiking and biking trails'.

 

Everyone might not find this process feasible.
