In ArcGIS GeoEvent 10.9.1, creating Geotab input returns an error "Error: While trying to set the property 'minutesToGetBacklog' for new input. null" if it uses components from release 9.

A new release of the GeoTab Connector has been uploaded on 09 December. Esri Support team tested with ArcGIS GeoEvent 10.9.1 and confirmed release 10 works with the customer's provided credentials.Steps to Reproduce
