In ArcGIS for Power BI, the error message “This web map cannot be added because it does not contain any operational layers" is returned when adding a web map containing layers.

Additional Information
This bug is reproducible in ArcGIS for Power BI v2024.2.500 (production) but is fixed in the next release. Updating to the upcoming release resolves the issue.Workaround
Dismiss the message and proceed. The web map layers can still be used in ArcGIS for Power BI within the .pbix file.
