Additional Information
The AutoCAD entities (Polyline Z’s) in question are actually a composite external reference represented as an insert. According to Esri documentation the external reference entity is supported as a point feature, the point feature representing this external reference appears in the same geographic location in ArcMap version 10.3 – 10.4.
The composite entities that are being referenced must be properly positioned within the native application, prior to viewing them in ArcMap. If the drawing is opened in AutoCAD, it is evident that the insertion point of this insert was designed to be a significant distance from the actually insert itself.
Work Around:
1) In AutoCAD, explode insert “rohrnetz-gesamt”
2) Reposition its composite lines to the desired location.
