Bug
In ArcGIS Field Maps, the Field Worker user role has access to one layer but not another. When opening the map, it continuously loads without displaying a message indicating the user lacks permission to access certain layers.

Additional Information
The issue does not occur when using the latest versions of ArcGIS Field Maps 24.3.0 and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4.Workaround
Allow permissions for all users on the layers or grant access to the specific secured layer.
