In ArcGIS Field Maps 21.4.0 on Android, mobile map packages (MMPKs) are accessible without login even though the Enable Anonymous Use option is disabled when creating the MMPK using the Create Mobile Map Package tool in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.1.
