In ArcGIS Experience Builder, when applying a filter to the data using a heat map symbology type in the Map widget, the data does not refresh until the Map widget is moved or interacted with.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
