Bug
In ArcGIS Experience Builder, when adding a custom image for a widget, the original icon for the widget is still displayed in the top left corner of the widget.

This is not a bug. In the Query widget, the 'Icon' arrangement is selected. Users must click on the icon to activate the query panel, meaning it is not removed. In the Style tab, the background image is the widget container area background. These are two different things, and do not interact with or replace one another. The icon is an element for icon arrangement, meaning if the user wants to customize the icon, change it in the widget icon picker.Steps to Reproduce
