In ArcGIS Experience Builder, when a template is deleted from the Print widget and then re-added, the 'Author', 'Copyright', and 'Legend' defaults are not displayed for the layout options.

It is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online 10.3.

Workaround

Remove the print service and reconfigure the print template layout options.
