Bug
In ArcGIS Experience Builder, when a Sidebar widget is added to a page and pinned, actions located behind the Sidebar widget area can no longer be performed even if the Sidebar widget is closed.

Similar to the other widgets, the Sidebar widget blocks the interaction of the widget behind it. Whether the Sidebar widget is collapsed or expanded, it is the same size. Thus, the widget behind it is still blocked.Workaround
Follow the following workflow to make a similar effect:
- Add a Button widget and set an arrow icon.
- Add an anchored window.
- Set the Button widget link to the anchored window.
