In ArcGIS Experience Builder, using the Booth page template, newly inserted Card widgets maintain the limited style customization options of the template-bound Card widget.

This behavior is expected. In the Booth page template, Card widgets are placed within a block layout, which provides different styling options than a fixed layout. Available style settings depend on the layout type used. To access fixed layout styling, add a Fixed Panel widget inside the block layout, then place the Card widgets within the Fixed Panel widget.
