In ArcGIS Experience Builder, unable to configure dynamic content for fields in a hosted scene layer published to ArcGIS Online using a .slpk file in the Text widget.

This is expected. Only scene layers with associated feature layers must be used as a data source in ArcGIS Experience Experience Builder. Please find the document here https://doc.arcgis.com/en/experience-builder/latest/build-apps/select-data.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_9E2425C506DC4A4CAB05A53512578B4D. The layer generated directly from SLPK file does not have an associated feature layer thus not recognized as data source in builder.Workaround
In ArcGIS Pro, use the Share As Web Scene option to publish the hosted scene layers to ArcGIS Online.
