In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the Survey widget's language changes to English even though its default language is set to French (fr).

Additional Information
Since the ArcGIS Survey123 3.12 release, the ArcGIS Survey123 form content is displayed in the language which has the higher priority (URL lang parameter > user profile language > organization profile language > browser language > default language). Then, the form is displayed in the survey taker's preferred language automatically. For this issue, even the default language is set to French, if the profile, organization, or browser language is set to English, the form content is still displayed in English.Workaround
Use the ArcGIS Survey123 URL in the Embed widget. The survey opens in French as expected.
