Bug
In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the Map widget does not honor the filters applied to a Portal for ArcGIS feature layer added to ArcGIS Online when the same web map is added multiple times using 'Add data' in the Data tab and the layer is filtered in each added web map to display different views using the Section and Views Navigation widgets.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Experience Builder. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
Use the layer added to ArcGIS Online to create three maps. Apply the filters desired to the layer in each map separately in Map Viewer, then use the pre-filtered maps in ArcGIS Experience Builder.
