Bug

In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the Embed widget does not maintain full image display when Width is set to Stretch and Height to Auto. On Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge the image appears cropped or zoomed, while in Mozilla Firefox it scales correctly with the panel resizing.

Additional Information

For the Firefox vs. Chrome behavior, the difference occurs because Firefox applies additional styles (width 264px, height 198px) to its own 'Preview mask'. Once the Zoom button is clicked, the behavior becomes the same as in Chrome. This is not controlled by ArcGIS Experience Builder. In this application’s configuration, the original image size is 474 × 355; however, the sidebar constrains the embed width to 193px, which results in scroll bars. This behavior is expected. The embedded content size can be adjusted by adding parameters such as &h=xxx&w=xxx to the URL. This is not a bug but a result of the configuration. Regarding the scroll bar issue, it aligns with BUG-000163368. The behavior is not limited to the Embed widget but also occurs in other Esri elements that use iframes in similar scenarios. This is a known limitation without a clear solution.
