In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the Edit widget in ArcGIS Enterprise displays the Update and Delete buttons intermittently when accessed through a window.

Workaround

Instead of using a button with a window for the Edit widget, add the Edit widget to a Widget Controller. The behavior does not occur when the widget is placed inside a Widget Controller.
