In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the Daylight tool in the 3D Toolbox widget ignores the app’s time zone setting and defaults to standard time (CET), even when a specific time zone (e.g., GMT+2) is configured in General Settings.

Workaround

Manually set the correct time zone (e.g., UTC+2) in the Daylight tool each time the app is opened.

However, this setting resets after page reload, and there is no option to store the selected time zone as default in the widget. Users must reconfigure every session.
