In ArcGIS Experience Builder, statistics in dynamic content for data views are not updated when the Filter widget is applied.

Workaround
For the Text widget showing statistics for custom data views, add the Default view as the data source as well. (Enable the 'Connect to data' setting. Using the default view in dynamic content is not necessary.)
