Workaround
There are two possible workarounds:
- In the settings of the hosted feature layer, disallow 'Editors can only see their own features'. However, this defeats the intended purpose of the ArcGIS Experience Builder app; therefore, it is hardly a viable workaround.
- In the ArcGIS Experience Builder editor for the Map widget, scroll down to Options and allow 'Enable pop-up'. Then, when using the app, select features from the map first (the first click on every feature must come from the Map widget, not a List widget or any other widget. The first click to select a record determines whether its attachment loads or not.) This workaround is better than the first but requires pop-ups in the application.
