In ArcGIS Experience Builder, feature layers with the 'Allow others to export to different formats.' option disabled still display the option to export in the ArcGIS Experience Builder Table widget.

Additional Information
The 'Allow others to export to different formats.' setting is specific to the ArcGIS Online interface and does not prevent exporting from the service. To prevent exporting, the service must be secured. Refer to https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/use/manage-hosted-feature-layers.htm for more information.Workaround
Set the 'Allow export' option for the individual layers through the Data tab in ArcGIS Experience Builder.
