In ArcGIS Experience Builder, default widgets do not respect positioning in relation to non-default widgets across large, medium, or small screen devices which results in widget clustering.

Additional Information
This is as expected. The widget position and size use percentages as units by default, so they have large space and size on large screens, and get clustered on small screens. Customized the layout on medium and small screens by enabling custom layout (the button is next to the canvas). As of 2/25/2022, the custom option is working properly.
