In ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1, when publishing a time-enabled hosted layer, the time displayed is set to one hour off from the user’s local time zone. This issue is related to the ArcGIS Pro layer’s feature properties.

Additional Information

This defect was logged against a version of the software that is no longer supported. The issue is not reproducible in newer versions of ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer. If this issue persists, contact Esri Support Services as a new reproduction case is needed to continue investigation.

Workaround

The issue is isolated and specific to the local time zone, which is UTC +10:00 (Brisbane). Other time zones work correctly. The issue appears to be related to enabling time in the feature properties in ArcGIS Pro when using the local time.
