In ArcGIS Earth, a different symbol displays with ArcGIS Map Image services if the service URL is used for the service sublayer in the following way: https://FQDN/arcgis/rest/services/Karte/MapServer/1 or when the service URL is used as https://FQDN/arcgis/rest/services/Karte/MapServer and the specific sublayer is activated in the layer list.
