Bug
In ArcGIS Dashboards, when creating a serial chart and selecting 'Data options' to display by minutes or seconds, the chart does not populate any data, although it populates correctly when set to hour, day, or month.

This is a known limitation with ArcGIS Dashboards to enhance overall functionality and performance. Serial charts have a hard limit of up to 10,000 data points. For grouped values charts, up to 10,000 groups are displayed.
