Additional Information
In ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0, the issue has been resolved for serial charts without legends. Charts with legends may still show a slight visual shift or reload when the data is updated. If a legend is needed, placing it at the bottom of the chart helps reduce visual distraction during updates. Alternatively, the legend can be recreated using HTML and placed either in the chart’s bottom caption or in a separate rich text element.Steps to Reproduce
