Additional Information
The issue is fixed for serial charts without a legend in ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0. If a legend is required, adding the legend to the bottom of the chart to minimize the distraction when the chart is updated is required. A fix is currently being worked on for serial charts with a legend.Steps to Reproduce
