In ArcGIS Dashboards, the Embedded Content element containing Survey123 form in ArcGIS Enterprise fails to load with the error "The survey is not accessible or does not exist" after upgrade to Chrome 142.

Workaround
- Use Firefox or Edge.
- Go to chrome://flags/ and set “Local Network Access Checks” from Default to ‘Disabled’ (the equivalent of what it would have been before the Chrome upgrade to 142.x).
