In ArcGIS Dashboards, Esri default basemaps are disabled if the web map in Dashboards has a basemap with projection other than Esri's default basemaps.

Additional Information

This feature is working as designed. Similar to the new ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, basecamps in the drop-down which do not match the map projection are disabled.
