Additional Information

This behavior is expected. The option for 'No Data' is provided as a way for a user to clear the existing value in addition to swiping left on the field itself to reveal a clear button. While this disables the Submit button until a value is provided, this allows the user to still clear the value if they choose before selecting another one.
