In ArcGIS Business or Community Analyst 7.4, if the county level data is filtered using the state of Georgia or Florida, an additional county is returned that is outside of the state boundary.

Duplicate of BUG-000111615. Esri is aware of this issue and is working to resolve the problem in a future product release. The issue sometimes occurs because of a difference in the generalization of geography filter, and the color-coded map. Changing the zoom level sometimes corrects the issue.Steps to Reproduce
